Mike McFearin

Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator

Mike is a project manager and superintendent who joined Pearson Construction in 1983. He has completed the Associated General Contractors Superintendent Training Program.

Mike has managed several complex projects, including coordinating public involvement, facilitation, general and comprehensive construction planning and management. Mike is particularly experienced in managing and facilitating project development. He offers great diligence in finding the right solution for our clients and considers the process by seeking information from all parties involved. He is responsible for overseeing daily onsite project operations, including supervision of field crew, coordination of subcontractors, tracking field directives and project completion schedules. Mike works directly with clients, architects and engineers to ensure our projects are successful while creating a team atmosphere.

He has direct contact with the Department of Ecology to ensure proper planning has taken place for preconstruction storm water management and construction water runoff. Additionally, he works with city planning departments, public works and fire department managers to expedite permitting and development.
