Robert graduated from Western Washington University with a business degree in 1988. He started as a carpenter apprentice for Pearson Construction in 1992 and worked his way from apprentice, to journeyman and ultimately, supervisor and project manager. In 2007, he became a Partner of Pearson Construction and continued to dedicate himself to ensuring projects were completed on time, on budget and with the high quality that Pearson has exemplified for nearly 100 years.
During his long career at Pearson, Robert has had the opportunity to work on credit unions, churches, banks, hotels and private residences and has a true passion and understanding of the construction and building industries. Robert has also been involved in several LEED or “Green Buildings” projects, including WECU Loan Center, which was awarded a LEED Gold Certification.
